Returns that are received with proper authorisation will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt. The refund will be processed to the clients current or savings account, and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution. When the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification from Cosmetiques de France for your records.
Clients that have paid via Payfast will be refunded via Payfast.
Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable and that return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility except in the case of carrier damage or an error by Cosmetiques de France.
